Mohamad Ivan Falisha, S.H., M.H., C.P.C.L.E.

Ivan holds his bachelor law's degree from Brawijaya University,
completed his master law's degree from Al-Azhar University
and began his profesional journey as lawyer since 2007
(registered with PERADI SAI). Ivan specializes in commercial
litigation, dispute resolution both in Courts of General
Jurisdiction and BANI, and Procurement Contract. His practice
law includes corporate law and mining law particularly in the
energy, oil, and gas sectors, currently become representative
as a legal counsel at PLN Energi Primer Indonesia and PLN
Batubara Niaga. Moreover, Ivan was nominated for The Golden
